Request permanent deletion of your Poly-Puff account and all associated data.
🗑️ What will be deleted
- ✕Your profile, display name, and email address
- ✕All learning progress, scores, and streaks
- ✕Grammar quiz history and placement test results
- ✕Daily challenge completions and badges
- ✕Saved vocabulary and flashcard decks
- ✕Classroom memberships and teacher links
- ✕In-app preferences and notification settings
- ✕Any feedback or reports you have submitted
ℹ️ Anonymised, aggregated usage data (e.g., which grammar rules are most difficult) may be retained for product improvement. This data cannot be linked back to you.

We've received your deletion request. A confirmation link has been sent to the email address you provided — click it to finish deleting your account.
If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
If you don't receive it within 24 hours, please email support@poly-puff.com
Before you go - alternatives to deletion
Pause notifications
Turn off all push notifications in Settings → Notifications without losing your progress.
Request a data export
Download all your data before deleting. Email support@poly-puff.com with "Data Export Request".

This deletion request is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, GDPR (Art. 17 Right to Erasure), South Africa's POPIA (Section 24), Egypt PDPL, LGPD (Art. 18), and other applicable data protection laws. Processing time: up to 30 days. For urgent requests, contact support@poly-puff.com.
